Backed by 30 years of cotton-spinning experience, our range includes 100% cotton yarns, cotton core-spun yarns with polyester, nylon, metal wire and other core materials, as well as functional cotton blends with FR modacrylic, stainless steel staple fiber, hemp, HPPE and other fibers. Custom fiber blends are also available.
With 20 years of experience in para-aramid spinning, we have produced more than 10,000 tonnes of para-aramid yarn. The range includes 100% para-aramid yarns, blends with metal staple fibers, hemp, polyester, oxidized PAN and other fibers, and core-spun yarns with metal wire, glass fiber, basalt fiber, spandex and other core materials. Knitted and woven textiles are also available for protective and industrial applications.
With 20 years of expertise in meta-aramid spinning, we manufacture 100% meta-aramid yarns as well as blended yarns with cotton, hemp, viscose and other fibers. We also develop associated knitted and woven textiles for protective and industrial applications.
With 15 years of experience in HPPE staple fiber spinning and more than 5,000 tonnes produced, our range includes 100% HPPE yarns, blended yarns and core-spun yarns. Blends are available with cotton, polyester, hemp, lyocell and other fibers, while core options include metal wire, glass fiber, basalt fiber, spandex and other core materials. Knitted and woven textiles are also available for protective and sports applications.
Flame-resistant blended yarns are available in a variety of combinations, including FR modacrylic with cotton, viscose and other cellulosic fibers. Development focuses on yarn evenness, low hairiness and consistent quality from batch to batch. Yarn counts range from 5S to 60S, with up to six plies available.
Oxidized PAN fiber has a high limiting oxygen index (LOI) and delivers both flame retardancy and heat resistance. It is mainly used for high-temperature protective and flame-retardant textiles. Pure and blended oxidized PAN yarns are available in counts from 5S to 40S.
Stainless steel staple fiber combines high-temperature resistance with electrical conductivity. It is applied in antistatic, electromagnetic shielding and specialized industrial textile applications. Pure, blended and core-spun yarns are available.
PBO combines a high limiting oxygen index (LOI) with good heat resistance and high specific strength. It is used in high-temperature protective and high-performance industrial textiles. Yarn counts range from 5S to 60S, with up to six plies available.
We have established large-scale production of recycled high-performance fibers, yarns and fabrics. Carbon footprint assessments have been conducted for recycled aramid products, and GRS certification has been obtained for recycled aramid and HPPE fibers. Our product range includes recycled fibers, yarns, woven textiles and knitted textiles, supporting the circular use of high-performance fiber materials.
